At Jordan Craig, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of receipt.
